
Know2Protect (K2P) is the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) newest national public awareness campaign to prevent and combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse, help prevent future crimes and empower the public to report suspected online child exploitation and abuse. The Department of Homeland Security seeks to empower and to educate the public about the growing threats children and teens face online. Project iGuardian is the official educational arm of the campaign where Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Special Agents, Forensic Interview Specialist, Victim Assistance Specialists and Computer Forensic Analysists present to kids, parents, and trusted adults on the online threats, prevention strategies, and how to report online child sexual exploitation and abuse.
